Skyworth Launched the First Small-size “Cicada's Wing” LED Backlight TV

1.33cm Thickness, Skyworth Launched the Thinnest Bedroom- LED Backlight TV

On August 10th, Skyworth group held a conference in Guangzhou with its upstream supplier LG display to release its new “Cicada’s Wing” LED backlit TV series as thin as cicada’s wing which are specially designed for bedroom use. Since then, Skyworth adds a new product category after Coocaa series.

The conference was held in East-Guangzhou international villa-Qiao Jian Yuan Valley, exhibiting the new E16 series. General Manager of marketing of Skyworth Liu Tangzhi and Executive of TV System Solution Ministry of LGD Lee Shengkui attended the conference.

Adopted IPS hard-screen LED

Firstly, Lee introduced the advantages of IPS hard-screen LED and then expressed his gratitude to Skyworth for its support of promoting this new technology. LG Display and Skyworth had established good relationship of cooperative partner and built a screen-developing lab in Guangzhou together.

Cicada’s wing LED and most high-end products in Skyworth Coocaa-LED series have adopted this technology. IPS hard-screen LED is based on multi-color LED and uses a particular liquid crystal molecule horizontal translation technology. It possesses many advantages over traditional LEDs，such as steady ripple、rapid reaction and wide-angle view and improves graphic clarity and preview levels significantly.

The thinnest bedroom LED

Skyworth Cicada’s wing LED backlit television E16 series adopts innovative integrated design, and its the first TV in the world that integrates module metal plate and TVs rear cabinet, the thinnest part only 1,33cm. so Skyworth chooses “Thin as the cicada’s wings, Light as feather” as the promoting slogan for this series.

Compared to living room, bedroom is smaller; a thin and light TV is for this reason very important fitment in a bedroom. In the conference for new products, E16 series had shown its best effect in the demonstrating rooms in Qiao jian yu valley, including the master’s bedroom, guest room, study and living room.

Super Slim, Environmental Protection
