Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company Obtained Support from Western Development Policy

Recently, According to the western development policy regarding tax allowance policy made by State Ministry of Finance, SAT and General Administration of Customs, Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company obtained the “Official Reply of Skyworth Electronics (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. Obtained Western Development Tax Allowance Policy” given by SAT in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The income tax of Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company in year 2009~2010 will decrease 15% after getting this official reply. And because this is the last year of Skyworth Inner Mongolia to enjoy some other tax allowance policy, the income tax of 2009 will be carried out by decreasing 7.5%. Thus Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company will save 5.4 million RMB in 2009. What’s more it is estimated the income tax fee can be save approximately 15 million RMB in 2010.

The western development tax allowance policy was published in 2001 and mainly focused on income tax allowance. The policy helped the western enterprises alleviate tax bearing, accumulate fund. Meanwhile it promoted the economic development of this area by attracting more enterprises to invest.

In 2005, Skyworth invested 300 million RMB to build Skyworth Electronics (Inner Mongolia) company in Hohhot which covers almost 40 thousand square meters. In September 2006, the first phase was finished, in total 200 million RMB was invested to build 2 high speed TV production lives which could produce 1 million pieces of television per year. In August 2009, its LCD production line was finished. It suggests the four manufacturing bases of Skyworth Group in Shenzhen Shiyan, Shenzhen Gongming, Canton and Hohhot all have finished LCD upgrading.

Skyworth Inner Mongolia Companys production value reached to 2.8 billion RMB in 2009 by the unique location advantage and government’s support. It has paid more than 440 million RMB as tax since 2005. While it was contributing to the development it also obtained recognition and reputation from local government. Skyworth Inner Mongolia has won the following awards: “Prestigious Enterprise” in year 2005/2005/2006, “Outstanding Enterprise” in year 2006/2007 and etc.

Skyworth Electronics (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. obtained the western development tax allowance policy not only means the local government think highly of Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company but also suggests Skyworth Inner Mongolia Company has take the lead in western enterprises.
